• Grinmark Add-In - Integration with Microsoft Office, including MS-Outlook synchronisation, mail merges with MS-Word integration.
• OMNI-TS - Riva integrates SugarCRM directly with MS-Exchange or with Novell Groupwise. Can be used with any email client to archive emails or sychronise contacts, meetings, calls or tasks.
